Jamie Clarke, Founding Director
A leading light in climate engagment for over fifteen years Jamie has worked with governments, businesses and civil society whilst writing and presenting on topics. He set up Engaging Climate to work on the most contentious issues having previously led Climate Outreach.

Caroline Holtum, Senior Advisor
Strategic communicator specialising in climate with experience in government, nonprofits and the media. She led the UK government's communications for COP26 and was the communications director at We Mean Business having edited The Guardian's sustainable business section.

Adam Corner, Senior Advisor
A writer, researcher and strategist specialising in public opinion on climate change. He is Co-Director at Climate Barometer, and is a strategic adviser to the Local Storytelling Exchange. He has written for international media, authored reports and published in academia.

Dr Susie Wang, Senior Associate
A research scientist with a background in environmental and social psychology, with work spanning climate change communications and engagement, imagery, pro-environmental behaviours, social neuroscience, and behavioural economics. She co-directs Climate Barometer.

Aekus Kamboj, Senior Associate
Experienced leader on campaigning, community engagement and influencing work. She currently leads the environmental team at CEMVO Scotland whilst holding multiple advisory board positions where she provides expertise on environmental justice.

Fiona Macklin, Associate Director
Fiona is a global climate campaigner and communications specialist who has worked at the intersection of multilateral climate policy and community advocacy. She led the Race to Zero in the run up to COP26 and more recently worked with Global Optimism to shift the climate narrative towards a mindset of possibility. She leads the Big Shift Bureau - a bespoke communications unit housed in Engaging Climate to support local leaders more confidently campaign on climate-related topics.

Rowan Ryrie, Senior Associate
An experienced advocate and leader on climate justice campaigning and community engagement. She has deep experience engaging intergenerational audiences in climate action and has worked with many leading youth movement organisers.

Amy Nguyen, Senior Associate
Amy is a strategist, researcher and writer specialising in climate, nature and sustainable business. She works with environmental organisations, think tanks and corporates, delivering research, insights and strategic communications support on some of the most pressing sustainability challenges of our time. Her work has been featured in leading global publications and has informed discussions across business, policy and civil society.

David Saddington, Senior Associate
David started his career connecting climate science to public and political action in 2005 working with Prime Minister Tony Blair to put climate change on the national school curriculum. He went on to lead UK Government international climate strategy at DESNZ and FCDO - including the COP26 Nature Campaign, shaped the public engagement commitments in the Paris Agreement and deliver TED talks on effective climate engagement. David is now a policy advisor at the Big Shift Bureau.

Robbie Macpherson, Associate
Robbie is Project Manager at the Big Shift Bureau. He recently completed a Kennedy Scholarship at Harvard University focused on energy geopolitics and climate risk. Before this he undertook a Churchill Fellowship in Denmark and Colombia researching experiences of phasing out oil and gas production. Previously Robbie led the secretariat to the Environment APPG and Climate APPG in the UK Parliament.
